Chez Didì was born from creator and culinary enthusiast Diletta’s passion for cooking, entertaining, and the art of hosting.
What began as a line of beautifully crafted plates is evolving into a lifestyle brand that celebrates the aesthetic of dining; where food, design, and emotion meet. Chez Didì reflects Diletta’s belief that dining is not just a ritual but a form of personal expression: a moment to connect, create, and find beauty in everyday gestures.
With a fast-growing community inspired by Diletta’s storytelling and visual world, the brand’s ambition was clear: to bring structure, scalability, and commercial direction to match its creative vision.

At Vivaio Ventures, we partnered with Chez Didì from its earliest stage to : shape the foundation of a cohesive, scalable business while preserving its distinctive creative identity.

eCommerce Operations & CRM Strategy
Built the brand’s eCommerce platform from the ground up, optimising for usability, conversion, and storytelling, while implementing a CRM system to automate communication and foster a loyal, engaged community.
Operations & Supply Chain Setup
Streamlined sourcing and supplier coordination under Vivaio’s management to ensure quality, efficiency, and control over production timelines.
